Which sites do you use?
We search thousands of company career boards in the US (the EU, the UK and remote roles are coming soon), and apply on employers' own public Greenhouse and Lever forms. No LinkedIn, Indeed or Glassdoor, and we never make accounts in your name.
What do I need to start?
Your resume. While you finish setting up, we scan the market and pick your top 3. Gini, our assistant, scores your resume for free and walks you through the answers forms usually ask, so you can check and sign them off once.
What if a form asks a new required question?
That application pauses and shows on your status page as needing you. We never make up an answer to send.
What results do I get?
Submitted applications, each with its record: the submit response, the confirmation page and the answers sent. We improve your visibility across all the job openings you want to apply to, without you filling in a single form.
Is my resume changed for each job?
No. We send the resume you gave us, every time, so every employer sees the same version of you.
Is my private information safe?
Your resume and answers are encrypted with a key unique to your account. Your Social Security number and date of birth are only ever shown back masked, like this: SSN •••••••6789
