Who we are
Apply100x is run by Gesha LLC, the controller of your personal data. Our address is 13953 SW 66th St, Unit 505b, Miami, FL 33183, United States. For any privacy question or request, email info@agints.com or use our support page.
What we collect
Your sign-in email; your CV and the facts we extract from it; your job preferences and the markets you pick; the answers you save for application forms (contact details, work authorization, availability, pay expectations, experience, credentials, references, and anything else you choose to add, such as a national ID number or date of birth, which we only show back to you masked); the times you're available for questions; the applications we send for you, with a record of each one (the answers sent, the employer's response and the confirmation page); and payment records. Your CV, profile, saved answers, application records and generated files are encrypted with a key unique to your account. We use public job listings from employers' own job boards.

When you order applications and sign off your answers, we fill in and submit applications for you on each employer's own form, using the profile and answers you gave us. A required question with no saved answer pauses that application for you; we never make up an answer. We do not send recruiter emails, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Automated decisions
We rank jobs by how well they fit your CV and preferences, and we only apply to jobs within your order and the limits you set. We make no decision about you that has a legal or similarly significant effect. Employers decide on your application under their own processes.
Who receives your data

International transfers
Some recipients above process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States and China. Where a country has no adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw any consent at any time without affecting what happened before. You can delete your CV, saved answers and generated files yourself, or delete your whole account (cancel any active subscription first). For anything else, email info@agints.com or use our support page. We answer within one month.
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Complaints
You can complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, the authority where you live or work (list of EU authorities). We'd like the chance to help first, so please contact us.
Cookies
This service sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Sign-in uses tokens held by your assistant app, and status links are signed and expire after two hours.
Children
Apply100x is for people aged 16 and over.
Changes
We'll update this page when anything changes, and email you before a material change takes effect. The Agints privacy policy covers the rest of agints.com.
